- 1.2 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
- 1 oz. Lemon juice
- 0.5 oz. Prickly pear syrup
- 0.5 oz. Strawberry cane syrup
- 0.5 oz. Fino sherry
- Dehyrdated grapefruit wedge to garnish
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a dehyrdated grapefruit wedge.
