This refreshing tequila cocktail is at once citrusy, tropical and exotic.

- 1.5 oz. Volcán De Mi Tierra Blanco
- 1.5 oz. Grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz. Coconut nectar
- 2 Kafir lime leaves
- 1 spray Thai chili tincture
- Kafir lime leaf to garnish
- Edible orchid to garnish
Dry muddle 2 kafir leaves in the bottom of a shaker. Add all ingredients except Thai chili tincture. In a Collins glass, spray Thai chili tincture. Rub rim of glass with lemon and salt. Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with a single kafir lime leaf and an edible orchid. Surround Collins glass with cedar chips; set chips aflame immediately before serving.
