This gin-based Mule variation made with an American craft spirit delivers a balanced citrus punch with a ginger beer bite.

  • 1.5 oz. Copper & Kings The Ninth Gin
  • 0.75 oz. Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz. Simple Syrup
  • Ginger beer to top
  • 6 Mint leaves
  • Orange peel to express
  • Grapefruit wedge and mint to garnish

Muddle mint, lime and syrup in a shaker. Add other ingredients and ice, and shake. Strain over ice into glass. Top with ginger beer. Express an orange peel into drink. Garnish with grapefruit & mint.
