This gin-based Mule variation made with an American craft spirit delivers a balanced citrus punch with a ginger beer bite.
Sevilla Gin Mule

- 1.5 oz. Copper & Kings The Ninth Gin
- 0.75 oz. Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz. Simple Syrup
- Ginger beer to top
- 6 Mint leaves
- Orange peel to express
- Grapefruit wedge and mint to garnish
Muddle mint, lime and syrup in a shaker. Add other ingredients and ice, and shake. Strain over ice into glass. Top with ginger beer. Express an orange peel into drink. Garnish with grapefruit & mint.
