Tropical Service

People come to Las Vegas for the beautiful people, exciting odds and top-notch food and beverage experiences. By offering two out of three — gambling isn’t available — Hawaiian Tropic Zone, located inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, was recently named one of’s “top 10 new restaurants.”

Guests enjoy cocktails and cuisine under the care of Hawaiian Tropic models, who assist patrons in selecting items from the menu and act as “table concierges,” ensuring that the venue stays sexy while providing first-class service. American fashion icon Nicole Miller designed exclusive bikinis and floral sarongs for the table concierges.

The girls, all of whom are highly trained in assisting guests with all their dining needs, also participate in a nightly beauty pageant on Hawaiian Tropic Zone’s iconic cat-walk stage,” says general manager John Geng.

Between Miller’s wardrobes and the food from world-famous chef David Burke, the Hawaiian Tropic Zone remains top-of-mind in Las Vegas nightlife.
