Arcobasso Foods Mixes it up at National Restaurant Show

Arcobasso FoodsArcobasso Foods, a leading producer of custom dressings and sauces for a variety of customers in the food industry, recently added a popular brand of Bloody Mary mixes and bar basics to its portfolio of products. The complete lineup will be on display at the National Restaurant Association show May 17-20 in Chicago. Arcobasso’s sauce and dressings product lines will be featured in booth 7675 while the Major Peters’ beverage mix line will be in booth 7677.

“By adding the beverage mixes to our growing line of custom sauces and dressings, we are truly expanding our offering to food service professionals, distributors, retailers, and convenience store operators,” commented Pat Newsham, president of Arcobasso Foods. Arcobasso Foods acquired the Major Peters’ brand from ConAgra in 2013.

The company, based in St. Louis, Missouri, manufactures custom and private label sauces and dressings for well-known brands of restaurants and convenience stores nationwide packaged in a variety of options from glass to PET and in sizes ranging from one ounce portion packs to 2,000 pound totes. The Major Peters’ line consists of Bloody Mary mixes in three flavors, including The Works and Hot & Spicy. The bar basics lineup ranges from margarita mix to triple sec, all packaged for ease of use on premise or in the home.
