If you’re looking for a high-class cocktail that celebrates Irish whiskey in all its glory, this is the one for you. The base is POWERS Irish Whiskey mixed with a bittersweet Corsican aperitif, a dash of apple bitters, topped with club soda, then garnished with a sprig of rosemary.

- 1.5 oz. Powers Three Swallow
- 3/4 oz. Bittersweet Corsican aperitif
- 1 dash Apple bitters
- 3 oz. Club soda
- Rosemary sprig
Preparation: Build in Collins glass over ice. Garnish with sprig of rosemary, burn it if you’re feeling fancy.
