Wines from Spain to Host 17th Annual Great Match Tasting in NYC and Miami

NEW YORK, NY -- Wines from Spain will invade the East Coast this October for the 17th Annual Great Match tastings to be held in New York and Miami, October 7th and 13th, respectively.

Following an outstanding showcase of Spanish wine in Los Angeles at the end of May, the New York and Miami events will feature more than 130 wines from Spain’s 74 denominations of origin, showcasing the country’s vivacious varietals and tantalizing tastes.

The Great Match events boast a full agenda including a complimentary trade seminar and walk-about tasting and an evening consumer portion featuring several renowned restaurants that will be sharing superb tapas perfectly paired with Spanish wines.

“We’ve been very pleased with the Great Match tastings for the past 17 years and we expect this time around to be even better,” said Great Match organizer, Jean Bracamonte. “The wines from Spain continue to shine year after year.”

Tickets for the consumer portion of the Great Match can be purchased now at the Proceeds will be donated to a local charity.
