USBG Now in North Texas

The USBG is growing yet again! Congratulations to our fellow bartenders down in the “Big D” — we now have a USBG North Texas Chapter in Dallas. We are very excited to see its growth in the coming months.

“The North Texas market is very ripe. Fresh juices are now just becoming the standard in bars around the area,” says Michael Martensen, the USBG North Texas Chapter President. “There are several bars and bartenders that educate their clientele on a regular basis, but that is not the norm. Education is going to be very important to the North Texas Guild Members and the consumers in the market. Most of the bartenders in the area are new to mixing cocktails while using fresh juices and ingredients, but we are all willing to learn and change the way that patrons drink in Dallas and Fort Worth.”
