2 oz gin
1 oz fresh egg whites
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz raspberry puree
.5 oz simple syrup
Garnish: Lemon zest
Glass: Large cocktail glass

Dry shake vigorously, shake with ice and strain.

The Old Fashioned Way

2 oz whiskey
2 dashes bitters|
.75 oz maple syrup
Garnish: Cinnamon stick, orange zest
Glass: Double old fashioned

Stir with ice and strain over fresh ice.

 


PQ Ginger

1.5 oz. Jameson
5 oz. ginger beer
Garnish: Long lemon peel
Glass: Collins

Build over ice.

 


French 33

1.5 oz gin
3 oz champagne
.75 oz blackberry syrup
.75 oz lemon juice
Garnish: Blackberry
Glass: Champagne flute

Shake with ice and strain, top with champagne.

 


Jack Dawkins

2 oz scotch
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes bitters
Garnish: cherry
Glass: Etched rocks

Stir with ice and strain.

 


21st Amendment

1.75 oz Pyrat rum
.5 oz Grand Marnier
1 oz pineapple juice
.25 oz grenadine
Garnish: Cherry
Glass: Mini cocktail

Shake with ice and strain.

 


Gin Ricky

2 oz gin
1 oz fresh lime juice
Fill with soda water.
Garnish: Lime
Glass: Collins

Build over ice.

 


Side Car

1.5 oz Cognac
.5 Grand Marnier
1 oz fresh lemon juice
Garnish: Sugar rim
Glass: Martini

Shake with ice and strain.

 


Bee's Knees

2 oz gin
.75 honey
.75 fresh lemon
Garnish: None
Glass: Old fashioned

Build over ice.

 


Classic Whiskey Sour

2 oz whiskey
1 egg white
.75 fresh lemon
.75 simple syrup
Garnish: 4 dashes of bitters
Glass: Old fashioned

Dry shake, then shake with ice and strain. No ice.

 


Ward 8 Cocktail

2 oz bourbon
.75 oz fresh lemon
.75 oz orange juice
.25 Grenadine
Garnish: Cherry, orange slice
Glass: Double old fashioned

Shake with ice and strain over ice.

1.5 oz wild honey Smirnoff
1 oz ginger beer
Mint bitters
