ESquared Hospitality's flagship concept BLT Steak will make its return to the Hamptons this summer at CAPRI Southampton (281 County Road 39A), the pre-eminent luxury boutique hotel experience in Southampton, NY.
Following last summer’s ultra-successful run, BLT Steak will again occupy CAPRI Southampton’s intimate restaurant space beginning on Friday, May 23rd through Labor Day Weekend. Seating 110 guests inside the restaurant and on the covered patio, the pop-up restaurant will also offer exceptional poolside fare at The Bathing Club at CAPRI Southampton during daytime hours and a menu of small plates for those enjoying the outdoor bar and lounge areas in the evenings.
BLT Steak at CAPRI Southampton joins an exciting roster of programming for the 2014 summer season. This year, the hotel’s Bathing Club will be home to an après-beach party each Saturday, hosted by pop-up maestro Travis Bass, notable DJs, and surprise guests, as well as other soon-to-be announced programming and special events.

With ESquared Hospitality’s corporate executive chef Clifford Crooks helming the kitchen, BLT Steak at CAPRI Southampton will feature the restaurant’s signature dishes, from the famed popovers, tuna tartare and chopped vegetable salad, to classic steaks, sautéed Dover sole and peanut butter chocolate mousse. Chef Crooks will also feature seasonal specials like scallop crudo and sautéed branzino.
