PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur has named Lynn House National Brand Ambassador. In her position, Lynn will be responsible for leading the national on-premise education program for the nation’s original premium pomegranate liqueur. The program is designed to expose and educate bartenders on PAMA Liqueur’s versatility as an indispensable modifier in beverage programs.
Formerly Chief Mixologist and Beverage Director at Blackbird Restaurant in Chicago, Lynn is a talented bartender whose experience and credibility with cocktail development and staff education will be the foundation of the PAMA on-premise program. At Blackbird, she organically developed the first mixology program for the James Beard Award culinary nominee. Previous experience in her 25 years in hospitality includes Chief Mixologist/Beverage Director at Michelin two star restaurant Graham Elliot. She is, also, the original Master Bartender at The Drawing Room and was named one of the 2011’s Top 20 Most Fabulous Bartenders in the World by Gary Regan.
“Lynn House has an impeccable bartending resume,” said Brittany Capito, PAMA Liqueur Brand Manager. “We are excited to have someone leading the PAMA on-premise program whose experience and credibility will help expose bartenders to the go-to liqueur for bringing the essence of pomegranates to cocktails.”
PAMA’s on-premise training program is an innovative outreach program designed to expose and educate bartenders on PAMA Liqueur’s versatility as an indispensable modifier in beverage programs. The liqueur has grown to be a valuable addition to cocktail programs nationally as beverage programs look to organically develop menus. As a modifier, PAMA delivers the essence of pomegranates to a wide range of cocktails, and a vibrant color, mouthfeel and balance without overpowering them.
