4 oz. Cranberry juice
1 lemon wedge
1 lime wedge

Built or shaken over ice in a highball glass and topped with Sprite. Garnish lime

 

Bedford Bloody Mary
1.5 oz. Talisker
5 oz. tomato juice
1 wedge
Dash of Worchester Sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Pepper & salt

Shaken or stirred with ice and served in a long glass with a black pepper lemon wedge

 

Atlantic Breeze
1 oz. Captain Morgans Spiced Rum
.5 oz. Archers peach schnapps
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
3 oz. Cranberry Juice

Quick shake with ice and strained over ice with a pineapple wedge

 

Classic Rob Roy
1 oz. JW Black Label
.5 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Dash of bitters

Quick shake with ice and strained over ice or neat in a martini glass. Orange zest

 

Seaside Fruit Cup
1.5 oz. Black Bush
Freshly squeeze lemon juice
Sugar syrup
Diced strawberries
Club soda

Build over ice

 

Seaside Breakfast
0.75 oz. BUSHMILLS Irish Honey
0.75 oz. butterscotch schnapps
1.5 oz. orange juice

Fill a shot glass with BUSHMILLS Irish Honey and butterscotch schnapps. Fill a second shot glass with orange juice. Shoot in rapid succession.
