Beverage director Francesco Amodeo and bartender Milton Hernandez joined forces at DC’s Bibiana to create 25 new seasonally inspired drinks counting down to Dec. 25. Italian-inspired cocktails include the Oh Mia (Frangelico, Nutella ice cream and hazelnuts), Marta (Old Tom Gin, Martini Rosso, maraschino, chicory bitters), Vin Cotto (red wine, orange, clove, cinnamon, allspice, cardamom) and Cleopatra (date-infused Eldorado Gold Rhum, almond milk). Amodeo also serves his own Rosolio, a traditional liqueur from peels of lemon and mandarin, fennel and other ingredients commonly found throughout the Amalfi Coast.

In San Francisco, there's a new Elixir fall menu, just in time for the World Series: drinks include the Homecoming (Ron Zacapa Rum, Warre’s 10-Year-Old Tawny Port, pumpkin butter and lemon juice, served up with a speared Luxardo Maraschino cherry); Presidio Punch (Barsol Pisco Quebranta, mango juice, chamomile citrus tea syrup and lemon juice); the Kentucky Pilgrim (Wild Turkey 101, cardamom, cinnamon, dried cranberry, Luxardo Maraschino, fresh lemon and Demerara syrup; shaken and served with lemon twist and speared cranberries, or as a hot cocktail in a mug) and Ashes to Ashes (Espolón Reposado Tequila, Pedro Ximenez sherry, Ghirardelli cocoa, fresh lemon and agave nectar; served up with a ground cinnamon garnish).
More with seasonal produce: At Las Palmas in Chicago, new seasonal cocktails include a Pumpkin Margarita (house-made pumpkin syrup, premium añejo tequila, Cointreau, and fresh lime), the Harvest Moon (Hy's organic apple cider, anejo tequila, fresh lemon, and agave nectar) and La Dama Rojilla (plum gin, Cointreau and fresh lemon). $3 of each La Dama Rojilla purchased will be donated to Breast Cancer Research Fund during November.
