Craft Beer Guidebook Debuts

Bewildered by the ever-growing array of craft beers? Wondering which style works with your cuisine? Well, a soon-to-publish guidebook might be just what you need. Beer sommelier Christina Perozzi, founder of www.beerforchicks.com and a leading beer educator and writer, has partnered with LA’s Beer School teacher and beer sommelier Hallie Beaune to author The Naked Pint: An Unadulterated Guide to Craft Beer (Perigree, Nov. 3, 2009, $19.95).

Perozzi and Beaune cover the key elements of ingredients and fermentation as well as beer styles, and then get more in depth, with chapters progressing from The Neophyte to The Promiscuous, then segue into home brewing, cooking with beer and food and beer pairings.
