Chinese New Year Signature Cocktail From Bombay

In celebration of the Chinese New Year (Friday, Jan 31), BOMBAY SAPPHIRE East has unveiled the signature ‘Year of the Horse’ cocktail – a tantalizing mix of hibiscus tea, ginger beer, and of course, the Asian-infused flavors of Bombay Sapphire East gin. Paying homage to the subtle yet exotic flavors of Asia, these cocktail recipes will be the perfect accompaniments for Chinese New Year 2014.

Signature ‘Year of the Horse’ Cocktail - EAST Hibuscus Buck

1.5 oz. Bombay Sapphire EAST
1.5 oz. Hibiscus Tea
1.5 oz. Ginger Beer
2 squeezes fresh lime
Build all with ice in a highball glass.
Garnish with lime wedge and lemongrass stalk.

Sapphire East Gin & Tonic Reimagined

1.5 oz. Bombay Sapphire East Gin
3 oz. Fever-Tree Tonic water
Garnished with lemongrass stalk, mint sprig, lime slice, orange twist, and juniper berries.
