Barton 1792 Distillery Produces 3 Medal Winners in San Francisco Competition

Three Kentucky favorites from the Barton 1792 Distillery won medals in the 13th annual San Francisco WorldSan Fran World Spirits Comp Spirits Competition (SFWSC), held March 21-24, 2013.  1792 Ridgemont Reserve Bourbon Whiskey won a much-coveted Double Gold Medal, and long-time favorite Kentucky Tavern won a Silver Medal.  Another up and coming star, Zackariah Harris, was honored with a Silver Medal. 

A record number of entries – more than 1,400 – were evaluated by some of the finest palates and spirits experts in the industry. Judging is based on a blind, consensual procedure to ensure competitive integrity.
