In honor of Fred Noe and Shinji Fukuyo’s legendary collaboration, Legent has added a unique twist to the classic Old Pal recipe.

- 1 1/2 parts Legent Bourbon
- 1/2 part Campari
- 1/2 part Carpano Dry Vermouth
- 1/4 part Honey Simple Syrup
- Grapefruit swath for garnish
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain over large ice cube. Garnish with a grapefruit swath.
For the Honey Simple Syrup:
- 1 cup Honey
- 1 cup Hot water
Add honey to hot water. Stir to incorporate. Cool before using.
