- 45ml Egan’s Vintage Grain
- 20ml Apricot brandy
- 1 dash Peach bitters
- Absinthe rinse
- Lemon twist to garnish
Prepare a coupe by chilling it. Add whiskey, brandy and bitters to mixing glass and stir. Add absinthe to chilled coupe, roll it to coat the inside, and pour out. Strain contents of mixing glass into coupe and garnish with lemon twist.
