Mezcal distilled with damiana comes out to play with Irish whiskey in this St. Patrick's Day cocktail.

  • 1.5 oz. Gem&Bolt Mezcal + Damiana
  • 1 oz. Irish whiskey
  • 0.5 oz. Bénédictine
  • 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
  • Mint sprig to garnish

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass filled over ice. Garnish with a mint spring.
