Ruth's Chris Steak House Celebrates 50th Anniversary with Top Rated Wines of the World Dinner

ORLANDO, Fla. - Ruth's Chris Steak House will host a "Top Rated Wines of the World Dinner" on October 18 at 97 locations across the nation. Top rated wines and spirits from around the globe that represent the best of their regions will be paired with courses inspired by each country. From New Zealand to Sonoma to Chile and Ireland, guests will spend an unforgettable evening exploring and enjoying the best of the best.

"The fifth dinner in our 50th Anniversary National Wine Dinner Series is a celebration of a generational commitment to excellence. First Course - Aleppo Chili Seared Ahi Tuna with Pickled Cucumber Salad paired with Yealands Estate Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc – 90 Points, Wine Advocate, January 2015

Second Course - Roasted Wild Mushrooms with Creamy Blue Cheese Polenta paired with Au Contraire Pinot Noir – 91 Points, Wine Enthusiast and Editor's Choice, December 2014

Third Course – Slow Roasted Pork Carnitas with Fresh Avocado and South American Corn Cake paired with Santa Rita Pehuen Carmenere – 92 Points, International Wine Cellar, May 2012

Fourth Course - Filet Mignon, Served Sizzling with Peppercorn Butter paired with Santa Rita Medalla Real Cabernet Sauvignon – 91 Points, James Suckling, August 2014
