And these days it seems like summer months are also all about living healthier.
A good number of your guests are seeking out healthier cocktail ingredients, and some are even looking for mocktails. Healthy beverages and alcohol-free drinks can be every bit as sophisticated and delicious as their craft cocktail counterparts. Here are four healthy refreshers that will appeal to today's health-conscious guest, non-drinkers, and the most selfless of bar guests, the designated driver.
- Health-Ade Ginger-Lemon Kombucha
- 1 part Premium whiskey
- 1 part Agave simple syrup
- Garnish with lemon wheel and candied ginger
Combine whiskey, agave simple syrup and Health-Ade Ginger Lemon Kombucha in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled. Pour over ice into glass of choice. Garnish with lemon wheel and candied ginger for a delicious and refreshing cocktail!
Beet the Heat
- Health-Ade Beet Kombucha
- 1 part Premium vodka
- 1 part Simple syrup
- 1 sleeve Bitters
- Lime juice
- Garnish with lime wheel and sprig of thyme
Combine vodka, simple syrup and Health-Ade Beet Kombucha in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake well until chilled. Add one sleeve of bitters and strain into chilled coupe glass. Optional garnish with lime wheel and sprig of thyme.
- 6 oz. Pure LaCroix Sparkling Water
- Half a lime (squeeze for juice)
- 3 Cucumber slices
- 3 Mint leaves
Muddle cucumber and mint with lime juice in a rocks glass. Add ice and top with Pure LaCroix Sparkling Water.
- 3 oz Apricot LaCroix Sparkling Water
- 3 oz Non-alcohol sparkling wine
- 1 tsp. Apricot puree
- Lemon wedge
- Frozen raspberries
Combine all ingredients, adding frozen raspberries last. Garnish with lemon wedge. Serve chilled.
