The Cable Car, made with Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, Marie Blizard Orange Curaçao and fresh lemon sour, was created by Tony Abou-Ganim at the Starlight Room in San Francisco.

  • 1½ oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
  • ¾ oz. Marie Blizard Orange Curaçao
  • 1½ oz. Fresh lemon sour
  • Orange peel spiral for garnish
  • Superfine sugar for rimming

For the Fresh Lemon Sour: Combine 1 part simple syrup and 2 parts fresh lemon juice in a container with a tight seal and shake well.

For the Cable Car: Rim a chilled cocktail glass with superfine sugar. Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake well. Strain into the prepared cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange peel spiral.
