Brew Up Some Cocktails on National Coffee Day

Today is National Coffee Day!

Millions of Americans drink coffee every day, which means millions of Americans will be celebrating today in honor of this most important drink. Multiple local and national establishments offer free coffee to show their appreciation for this beloved beverage and money making catalyst. Think about doing the same and offering customers at your bar a free cup of joe.

Crème de Vanilla

2 1/2 oz. SKYY Infusions Vanilla Bean
1/2 oz. White Crème de Cacao
1/2 oz. Cold Brew Coffee
3/4 oz. Half and Half Cream
1/2 oz. Cinnamon Simple Syrup
Milk Chocolate Shavings
2 Vanilla Beans

Pour all ingredients into a blender, and fill up 3/4 of the tin with ice. Blend on Medium-High for approximately 15 seconds. Pour into small snifter. Garnish with milk chocolate shavings and vanilla beans.

1 oz. regular strength brewed cold coffee.
1/4 oz. maraschino
1/2 oz. Cherry heering
1/2 oz. Dark simple syrup
Orange peel and cherry garnish

Combine all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass and stir until chilled. Serve in a festive glass, twist the orange peel over the cocktail, rim the glass. Garnish with  orange peel and cherry (As an alternate

1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz. Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz. Espresso
1 oz. Milk

Swirl to chill, strain into a cocoa-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
