Bay CityBay City Cocktail Recipe from Bar Rescue

1½ oz. Crown Royal

¾ oz. lemon juice

¾ oz. rosemary honey (equal parts honey and water; 2-3 sprigs rosemary; infuse for one day minimum)

Glass: rocks

Garnish: rosemary sprig

Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Shake and strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with rosemary sprig.

 


Golden GateGolden Gate Cocktail Recipe from Bar Rescue

1½ oz. Bulleit Bourbon

½ oz. orange juice

1 oz. grenadine

¾ oz. lemon juice

Glass: coupe

Garnish: cherry

Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Shake and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with cherry.


Horizon

1½ oz. Crown Apple

¾ oz. pineapple juice

½ oz. lemon juice

Glass: rocks

Garnish: fresh cinnamon

Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Shake and strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with fresh grated cinnamon.


Top Floor

1½ oz. Dickel Rye

1 dash angostura bitters

½ oz. lemon juice

1 oz. OJ

2 oz. ginger beer

Glass: Collins

Garnish: orange half moon

Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Shake and strain into Collins glass over fresh ice. Fill with ginger beer. Garnish with orange half moon.


High Rise Collins

1½ oz. Ketel One Vodka

2-3 raspberries

¾ oz. lime juice

¾ oz. simple syrup

Splash of soda

Glass: Collins

Garnish: 3 berries

Muddle raspberries in mixing glass. Combine remaining ingredients and shake. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with soda. Garnish with skewered berries.
