This Cognac cocktail is floral, sparkly and features a slight cinnamon bite.

  • 2 oz. Hibiscus flower-infused D’USSE Cognac
  • 1 oz. Rose water
  • 0.5 oz. Vanilla bean syrup
  • 2 dashes Cinnamon bitters
  • Martini & Rossi Prosecco to top
  • Rose petal to garnish

Add D’USSE, rose water, vanilla bean syrup and cinnamon bitters to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Prosecco and garnish with a rose petal.
