- 1.5 oz. Gem&Bolt Mezcal
- 1 oz. Damiana tea
- Splash fresh pineapple juice
- Splash lime bitters
- Fresh basil to garnish
Shake all ingredients except garnish on ice. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with basil.
Damiana tea prep:
Steep 1 ounce dry damiana leaf in hot water for 30 minutes, then strain. Keeps one week refrigerated.
