Champagne Mojito

Elevate the classic Mojito and take it an entirely new direction with aged rum and a Champagne float.

Champagne Mojito

  • 2 parts Flor de Caña 7
  • ¾ parts Simple syrup
  • 1 part Fresh lime juice
  • 6-8 Loose mint leaves
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Champagne to top

Combine ingredients and shake well. Strain up into a coupe or flute glass. Top with 1 oz. Champagne. Garnish with a mint leaf.
