Black Gold

This version of a Trinidad Sour replaces rye with spicy, aged rum for an intriguing Kentucky Derby sip.

  • 2 oz. Mount Gary Rum Black Barrel
  • 0.5 oz. Orgeat (Small Hands is recommended)
  • 0.5 oz. Lime juice
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Lime peel to garnish

Add all ingredients to a tin, shake, and strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a lime peel.
