certification requirements, is made with organically grown grapes, producing a crisp and elegant style. Green-apple, lemon-zest and white-peach aromas are accented by a subtle yeast complexity, highlighting the Champagne’s long, crisp finish.
2010 Kenwood Vineyards Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc
The 2010 Kenwood Vineyards Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of guava, lemon and lime; adding complexity to the background are notes of newly mown hay. The lemon and lime flavors accent the subtle herb tastes, contributing to the wine’s long, food-friendly finish. The Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc also is introducing its environmentally friendly ECO Series bottle and new Stelvin screw-cap closure, which preserve the wine’s aroma and flavors, eliminating oxidation and taint.
