Newton, MA — The Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show (www.ncbshow.com), the most important beverage and bar and nightclub industry event of the year, comes roaring back to Las Vegas March 7-9, 2011. Some exciting additions include an expanded conference program, the debut of the Hospitality Sports Marketing Conference, and a new exhibit floor layout, along with the welcome return of industry favorites including the Shake It Up! mixology competition and the memorable nightlife parties and networking events.
“We are heading for a great 2011 Nightclub & Bar Show with more suppliers, more products and more energy on the show floor this year,” said Jon Taffer, President, Nightclub & Bar Media Group. “The NCB Show grew 15% in 2010 and is on pace to surpass that growth in 2011 with advanced orders in exhibit space 25% ahead of last year at this time. We are particularly pleased by the amount of returning exhibitors and the increased activity from new and emerging brands.”
The NCB Show 2011 will offer a show floor layout aimed to better serve suppliers and attending bar and nightclub owner and managers. In addition to the aisles of leading and emerging beverage and bar product suppliers, there will be new pavilions showcasing boutique brands, craft brews, coin op and amusement products, and lighting and sound. The show floor’s Main Stage will feature the Shake It Up! competition, one of the largest mixology competitions in America sponsored by Southern Wine & Spirits, and many additional entertainment acts.
Every year the nightlife activities help define the Nightclub & Bar Show experience for attendees and exhibitors. This year promises to exceed expectations with parties happening every show night at the hottest venues in Vegas.

Equally important to a high-energy show floor and memorable night-life lineup is the NCB Show conference program. Last year’s attendance to the conference program nearly doubled from the previous year. In 2011, the popular programs are back with tons of new sessions filling the seven conference tracks including marketing/promotion, mixology/spirits, beer/wine, operations/management, customer experience (music, entertainment, etc.), responsibility/liability and food.
In 2011, the NCB Show is also pleased to announce its new Hospitality Sports Marketing Conference which will take place for the first time on March 7-8. The Hospitality Sports Marketing Conference will help operators, beverage suppliers, sports leagues, associations and industry partners improve their revenue from sports-based activities.
