Sacramento Bee: Greenhouse Nightclub Partners With Eco-Friendly Charities to Celebrate Earth Week, Raise Awareness and Give Back

Greenhouse, New York's premier nightlife destination and first eco-friendly nightclub, will continue its contribution to green living during Earth Week, through its "Greenhouse Gives Back" campaign — a series of events benefiting green charities by giving a portion of an evening's proceeds to select charities.
During Earth Week 2012 from April 16-22, Greenhouse will partner with a different charity each night to host a Greenhouse Gives Back event. This seven day event will benefit Global Green, Cans for a Cure, Prospect Park Alliance, American Cancer Society, Riverkeeper, Green Festival, and Plant a Billion Trees. "As an eco- friendly nightclub it's important that we stick by our motto of living a greener life by supporting Earth Week, Earth Day, Earth Festival, and charities that concentrate on an eco-friendly lifestyle," says Greenhouse co-ownerGreenhouse has also partnered with NYC, celebrating its 10th year as the nation's premier sustainability event, as the official host of the to be held on April 21 from 7 to 11 p.m.
