Non-qualified subscription rates: U.S. $30/year, Canada/Mexico $45/year, all other countries $85/year.  All subscriptions include 2nd class/surface shipping.  For airmail shipping to Canada, Mexico, and all other countries, include an additional $75.00 per order.
