Jack Kennard Joins Fuzzy's Ultra Premium Vodka Team

Sellersburg, IN—Fuzzy’s Spirits is extremely proud to announce that John V.O. (Jack) Kennard has joined the team and will assume the marketing duties for Fuzzy’s Ultra Premium Vodka.

“We regard having Jack Kennard coming aboard as a tremendous step forward for us,” said Fuzzy’s Spirits COO Dave Lobeck. “He brings us 27-years of major accomplishment in the spirits industry. His sharing of knowledge and experience will give us a very positive edge as we continue to make Fuzzy’s Ultra Premium Vodka available across the country.”

Kennard’s myriad of accomplishments is on the highest echelon of the industry. He was responsible for all global marketing services for the Louisville, KY-based Brown – Forman. He was responsible for global media planning and buying for the 35-plus spirits and wine brands owned or marketed by Brown – Forman. He was also responsible for worldwide interactive marketing and CRM.

His duties at Brown-Forman also included being Dean of the College of Brand Excellence within Brown – Forman’s Brand University. Also, he has held leadership positions on most spirit brands owned or marketed by Brown – Forman including global P&L responsibility for Jack Daniels Tennessee Whiskey and Southern Comfort

“I look forward to building the brand for Fuzzy’s Ultra Premium Vodka,” said Kennard. “We are in the process of forming a very powerful team that encompasses the very important assets of creativity, experience, intelligence and the ability to work smart. I’ve found that when you have a team possessing these qualities, success is inevitable.”

Kennard serves as a guest lecturer twice annually at the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce as well as returning annually to schools such as the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Vanderbilt. He is active in the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) and with the Corporate Executive Board’s Marketing Leadership Council.
