Your competitors likely offer sips or shots of premium and super-premium tequila. It’s not hard to take it up a notch and deliver a unique and memorable guest experience by using high-end tequilas in unique shooters. The following recipe is for an individual serving; batch as needed.

1/2 ounce Chambord
1/2 ounce jalapeño-infused Herradura Silver tequila*
1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1/4 ounce simple syrup
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a shot glass and garnish with a small lime wedge.
*To make jalapeño-Infused Herradura Silver tequila, drop one jalapeño pepper, sliced in half, into a bottle of Herradura Silver. Allow to sit for one week or until achieving desired spiciness, and remove pepper.
