One of the first things you should do as the holidays approach is update your cocktail menu to reflect the season. Think about creating cocktails that include festive ingredients from flavored liqueurs and cranberry purée to apple ciders and Champagne. Quaffable beverages that taste like the holidays will transport guests back to their favorite memories, making your bar or nightclub the hotspot with unbelievable drinks and can’t-miss holiday cheer.
Ultimat Vodka’s Apple Cider Martini

1¾ oz. Ultimat Vodka
1½ oz. apple cider
¼ oz. ginger liqueur
Splash of Velvet Falernum
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake well and pour into a cocktail glass.

1 oz. Familia Camarena Tequila Reposado
5 oz. hot coffee
½ oz. crème de cacao
½ oz. green chartreuse
Build in wine glass or coffee cup and top with whipped cream.
Cinnamon Apple Martini
From Blue Ice American Vodka.
4 oz. Blue Ice American Vodka
1 oz. apple liqueur
Splash cinnamon schnapps
Apple slice, red cherry and cinnamon stick, for garnish
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with an apple slice, red cherry and a cinnamon stick.

1 oz. Cascal Berry Cassis
1 oz. Sobieski Vodka
Pour Cascal Berry Cassis and vodka in a Champagne flute and top with Champagne.
Winter Disaronno Smash

1 oz. Disaronno
1 oz. Woodford Reserve Bourbon
2 oz. Perfect Purée Culinary Traditions Cranberry purée
1 oz. Perfect Purée Red Raspberry purée
1½ oz. lime juice
1 small sprig of mint (muddle)
Fresh raspberries (optional), for garnish
In a mixing glass, muddle mint. Add the rest of the ingredients along with ice. Shake and strain into glass over new ice. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
Candy Cane Lane

2½ oz. Van Gogh Blue Vodka
1 oz. white crème de menthe
½ oz. peppermint schnapps
Splash of grenadine
Peppermint candy for garnish
Add a dash of grenadine into the bottom of a chilled martini glass and set aside. Pour the rest of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into the glass with grenadine to create a “swirl” effect. Garnish with peppermint candy.

1 part orange flavored liqueur
2 parts Citrus iX Mixer
2 parts champagne
Orange slice, for garnish
Mix ingredients together over ice. Top with Champagne and garnish with an orange slice.
