INGREDIENT

  • 1.5 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz. Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 oz. Simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Smith & Cross rum
  • 1 to 2 dashes Bastard Bitters (Angostura & Fee Brothers bitters)
  • Jamaican ginger beer

Directions

Mix Jameson, lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters and shake with plenty of ice. Strain over fresh ice into a copper mug. Top your drink with some spicy ginger beer and a splash of rum. Cheers!
