Dewar's Old Fashioned

The Old Fashioned recipe is at least 100-years old. Because of its relative simplicity, many a bartender will give this regal beverage his or her own twist. As the theory goes, fruit was added to the recipe during Prohibition to cover up the taste of the inferior bootleg alcohol. With a touch of Dewar’s, of course, that is no longer an issue.
