  • 1.5 oz. American vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germain
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz. Blackberry puree


In a shaker, add ice, vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and blackberry puree. Shake vigorously. Strain and serve in a chilled glass. Garnish with a large sprig of mint.

  • Note:  Fresh blackberries can be used as a substitute for blackberry puree. Combine 1/2 cup sugar with 1 small box of fresh blackberries, crush and strain.
