Summer Saison

The Quad AleHouse has beer-inspired cocktails that embody the crisp taste of a cold beer, with the lightness of a fruit cocktail. The perfect seasonal combination! The Summer Saison is made with Bulleit Rye and Dolin dry vermouth. 

INGREDIENT

  • 1 oz Bulleit Rye
  • 1 oz Dolin dry vermouth
  • ¾ oz pineapple gomme
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • ¼ oz St. Germain
  • pinch of clove
  • 3 shakes of lactose sugar

Directions

Double strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.
