Summer Mai Tai

A smooth, icy take on a Polynesian classic—this refreshing Mai Tai turns the tropical sweetness of pineapple, lemonade and a dash of passion fruit tart into a frosty summer daydream. 


  • 2½ oz Island Oasis Hurricane Syrup
  • ¼ oz Island Oasis Lemonade
  • ¼ oz DaVinci Gourmet Cane Sugar Syrup
  • ¾ oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz white/silver rum
  • ¼ oz Meyer’s Dark Rum


Pour ingredients in an ice-filled, 14-ounce shaker glass and shake vigorously. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange wedge or pineapple chunk.
