Tullamore DEW and Jillian Vose, The Dead Rabbit
- 1 oz Tullamore DEW Phoenix Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Lillet Rose
- ¾ oz Campari
- ½ oz Combier Pamplemousse Rosé
- 1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
- Grapefruit peel for garnish
Add all ingredients except bitters and garnish to a cocktail glass. Fill glass with ice and stir well until chilled. Strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a dash of bitters, express the grapefruit twist over the glass and discard.
