- 1.5 oz. Deadhead 6 Year Aged Rum
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. Demerara
- 2 Dashes rhubarb bitters
- 1 Bar spoon of ghost pepper essence
- 1 oz. egg whites
- Half a bar spoon of Bing cherry juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake hard and strain into a coupe, margarita, martini or cocktail glass. Garnish with a Bing cherry.
