- 1.5 oz. Cruzan Black Strap Rum
- 3/4 oz. Merlet Créme de Cassis (green pepper infused)
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1/4 oz. pineapple juice
- 2 drops saline
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a Collins glass over a large cube or sphere of ice. Garnish fresh pepper and mint.
