- 2 oz. Deadhead Rum
- 2 oz. Cream or Half-and-Half
- 1 oz. Simple syrup
- 0.5 oz. Lemon juice
- 1 egg white
Add ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice. Shake hard and fast. Strain into a chilled 7-ounce cocktail coupe or Collins glass. Garnish with an edible flower and lemon peel.
