Ruby Red Rosemary Martini

Perfect for Fall Tailgates, Sunday’s on the couch, or just because, our Ruby Red Rosemary Martini has been a huge hit down here at the Brick. The response has been so strong, we thought we would share how to make it!

  • 2 oz Rosemary-infused Deep Eddy Ruby Red Vodka
  • 1 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Ice
  • 1 sprig Fresh rosemary


Collect 3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary & let infuse in a bottle of Deep Eddy Ruby Red Vodka for three days.

Combine ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into cocktail glass and top with fresh rosemary sprig.
