The queen of sweetness meets the coolest flavor-carrier of the botanical world. This fresh summer cocktail enlivens the earthy cucumber notes with sprightly lemon juice and the piney yet balanced profile of gin. One sip will have you spontaneously erupting with “YAAS bee!”

- 2 cucumber slices, one for garnish
- ½ oz DaVinci Gourmet® Honey
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz Hendrick’s® Gin
In a stainless steel shaker, muddle cucumber generously. Add honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, gin and ice and shake for 30 seconds. Pour over a 6 oz glass filled with ice using a hawthorn strainer. Garnish with a crisp cucumber wheel or spear.
