Pico de Gallo

With Cinco de Mayo right around the corner, we thought we would start celebrating a little early! Our margarita rims are salted, nachos cheesy and Pico de Gallo mixed and ready to go. As you prepare for your Cinco Celebrations, try our famous Pico de Gallo recipe below!

  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • .5 White Onion
  • 1 Jalapeño Pepper
  • Cilantro to taste
  • 4 oz White vinegar
  • 4 oz Corn oil
  • Pinch of salt


Finely chop the tomatoes, green, yellow and red peppers, onionjalapeño and cilantro. Mix with white vinegar, corn oil and a pinch of salt.

If you want to mix it up Salad Bar style, add 8 ounces of black beans and 8 ounces of corn!
