A hot-chocolate-inspired concoction that blends the crisp, clean bite of tequila and coffee flavors with the lingering sweetness of cinnamon syrup—complete with a mustache-making froth of whipped cream. Hot? No. But this elixir still possesses the ability to make you feel all warm and cozy inside.

- 1¼ oz Patrón® Silver Tequila
- 1¼ oz Patrón XO Café®
- Scrappys Chocolate Bitters (optional but delicious)
- 2 oz whipping cream
- ½ oz DaVinci Gourmet® Cinnamon Syrup
Fill a small rocks glass with ice. In a stainless steel shaker also filled with ice, add first 3 ingredients. Shake vigorously and strain over into prepared rocks glass. Now the fun part: take the whipping cream and the DaVinci Gourmet® Cinnamon Syrup and place into a stainless steel mixing glass along with 3 small ice cubes and the wire from a drink strainer. Shake with intent for 60 seconds and pour on top of awaiting beverage. Garnish with a dusting of hot chocolate or 1 tsp. of Microplaned Nestlé® Chocolate Abuelita®.
