Modern Martinis

Welcome Back

Developed by Paul McGee of The Whistler in Chicago.
1 ¼ ounces Ketel One Vodka
¾ ounce chamomile-infused bianco vermouth
2 dashes lemon bitters
Add ingredients to mixing glass with ice.  Stir for approximately 20 seconds.  Strain into a 4-ounce coupe glass.
