- 1 oz. Applejack
- 1/2 oz. Fresh apple cider
- 1/4 oz. Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz. Apricot liqueur such as Rothman & Winter
- Cava or sparkling white wine to top
Add all ingredients except for sparkling wine to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a small cocktail glass or coupe. Top with cava or sparkling white wine.
